1. About these terms

Clubr (clubr.sg) is a social discovery app for adults in Singapore who want to meet people to go out with — pre-drinks, sharing a table, bars and clubs. Clubr is operated by [Company name] (UEN [number]), [registered address] (“Clubr”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account, signing in with Google, or using Clubr, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use Clubr.

2. Who can use Clubr

You must be at least 18 years old to use Clubr. By using it, you confirm that:

You may have only one account. We may ask for proof of age, and we will remove any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

3. Your account

4. Community rules

Clubr is for meeting people respectfully. You must not:

We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

5. Meeting people safely

Clubr helps people find each other. We do not run background checks or verify identities, and we are not responsible for how members behave online or when they meet.

When meeting someone:

You must be of legal drinking age (18 in Singapore) to buy or drink alcohol, and you must follow the rules of any venue you visit. Clubr does not sell alcohol or tickets and is not connected to any venue unless we say so.

6. Your photos and content

You keep ownership of the photos, bio and messages you add (“your content”). You give Clubr a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and process your content so we can run the service — for example, showing your photos to other members and delivering your messages. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep it (see section 7 and our Privacy Policy).

Photos must:

On the Likes tab, your main photo may be shown blurred to people you haven’t liked back. We remove location data from photos when you upload them.

7. Reports, moderation and message review

You can block, unmatch or report any member from their profile or your chat. Blocking hides you from each other and ends any chat.

To keep Clubr safe, authorised Clubr administrators may review profiles, photos and messages, including private messages, to investigate reports, deal with safety concerns, carry out audits, or respond to legal requests. Every review of messages is recorded in an internal audit log.

We may, without notice, remove content, limit features, suspend or permanently delete an account if we reasonably believe someone has broken these Terms, put others at risk, or broken the law. Where the law requires it, we may share information with the police or other authorities.

8. Features and changes

9. Disclaimers and liability

Clubr is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about members’ identity, intentions or behaviour, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, Clubr is not liable for:

If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to SGD [100]. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

You agree to cover Clubr’s reasonable losses and costs from claims caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.
